September is the perfect time to create better habits and make taking care of yourself one of them! We have classes seven days a week at Weaverville Yoga – and some new ones this month. Check our schedule or come by the studio and pick up a print calendar in the box outside the door. Fall can be the best time of the year.
- Sunday morning, 11-12.30. Begins September11. Kundalini Yoga with Amrita Prem.
- Monday 9-10.15. Yoga Inbound with Randi. Now M/W/F 9am Yoga Inbound classes! Begins September 12.
- Tuesday/Thursday Yin Yoga at 10.30 with Megan Hoeschler.
And October 20 begins our news session of the 5 Week Quickstart Yoga Weight Loss Workshop. It’s popular, for good reason, so register early (and you save money if that’s by September 30).
