Candlelight Stroll

Friday, December 8, 2023 6-9pm

The Candlelight Stroll is a cherished, annual community event bringing folks to Main Street (and the Community Center!) to do some holiday shopping, spread good cheer, and celebrate the season together.

The 18th anniversary of our Candlelight Stroll was December 9th, 2022.

Thank you to everyone who made it possible.

The list of festivities included live music, luminaries, crafts and a scavenger hunt, food, drink, storytelling, and horse drawn carriage rides.

All of the activities and events for 2022 are listed below for reference.

More info about: Cops for Kids

In keeping with the charity of the season, the Candlelight Stroll has always partnered with the Weaverville Police Department to support Cops for Kids (C4K) during the Candlelight Stroll. C4K is a program designed to gather resources for children who might otherwise go without during the holidays.

Be on the lookout along your Stroll for donation jars labelled Cops for Kids, and please give what you can!

This is a very special Weaverville organization striving to make life better for kids in our community, and we feel honored to help support the program.
