On behalf of the Weaverville Business Association, thank you to all who attended our annual Candlelight Stroll a few weeks ago! We are so grateful for our small businesses and community members who keep this tradition alive. December 8th was a magical evening filled with singing and ‘strolling’ on Main Street, Weaverville. A HUGE note of appreciation goes to the following groups who made this evening possible: Cub Scout Pack 15 of Weaverville, North Buncombe High School Blackhawk Marching Band, North Buncombe High School choir, North Windy Ridge choir, Dry Ridge Museum (who also sponsored the trolley!) This night would not have been complete without Santa at Keller Williams, of course! We appreciate the Town of Weaverville’s support who always assist in safety measures and signage for community events.
Several of our members engaged with the community, set up tents at Rodney’s, and held family-friendly activities in their stores.
