Arts and Crafts Festival

Weaverville Art in Autumn 2008 is the second annual outdoor arts and crafts festival sponsored by the Weaverville Business Association. Buoyed by the overwhelming success of the 2007 festival, Art in Autumn 2008 is expanding to include a diverse range of over 100 juried artists and craftspeople. This year’s awards will be judged by nationally renowned sculptor John Payne. The festival also boasts an exciting array of food and live music. In recent years, Weaverville has established itself as a culturally rich destination point, attracting visitors from across the Southeast. Indulge your senses, explore the creativity of the artistic spirit, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of a street festival in downtown Weaverville, NC.

Art in Autumn 2008 takes place on Saturday, September 20 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, on Main Street in downtown Weaverville. Admission and parking are free.
